The history goes back to may 2002,
In the scorching summer of Chennai, we were forced to attend bridge course (Learn Anna University in 15 Days). Like all college students even we bunked the classes to play cricket and to watch movies especially “Thulluvadho llami" (Theenda… Theenda!!!). This is where the foundation was laid and The Raising was inevitable.
The days passed on, it was Christmas time and we started playing "Chris Mom and Chris Child", it was a real ice breaker between guys and gals (LoL: as if never put ground nut before). The bonding got stronger and stronger in the culturals and the second year tour which followed.
Second year culturals was a turning point for our group. The creative Brains in the group got a output to their hard work. We won the variety entertainment event and came 3rd in the Ad zap, it was just a beginning and this was considered a fitting reply to people who criticized our first year variety .
Then Months moved on ..cycle test, semesters, arrears, revaluation, culturals,
symposiums have become a part of our group. Then came the final year tour where we were introduced to THE GAME called "MAFIA" . Though we made fun of the game in the beginning , we got addicted to it. We started playing it every where… bus, train, classrooms and some times even on conference calls J. We never knew the name of the game, will become our IDENTITY . the MAFIAS have arrived . .Then came final year symposium and culturals , where the Mafias conquered each and everything and proved their worth on everything they touched. Suddenly the Mafias became the Buzz words in the college
The college was over and years passed by .. All got placed and went to places ,But the MAFIA Juggernaut still rolls on ..
